• Upon approval of the budget and contract, we request payment of the project retainer and begin to work!

3. Project Management

• Planning – Space planning, layouts, renderings, project timeline awareness
• Organizing – Ordering, Selections, Procurement, Order Expediting, Budget awareness
• Collaborative approach to design – work closely with Physicians, Office managers, Architects, GC, Project managers, etc. to keep project moving on time and on budget
